International World Yoga Day

The International Day of Yoga brings together people across the world to celebrate the practice of yoga. This year I will be holding 2 sessions.

  • The morning session 9am-10.30am will be geared towards people who have a basic level of yoga experience and will guide you through many of the core asana of yoga. You will ideally need a yoga mat or non slippy surface and any yoga props you normally use.

  • The evening session 7.30pm-8.30pm will explore some gentle yoga poses and offer a guided relaxation. Anyone is welcome to join this session even if you do not have experience of yoga. Please bring a blanket or something warm to wear for the relaxation.

If you are interested in attending either or both please email me at yogilocksuk@gmail.com and I will forward the Zoom link

For both classes please come dressed in something comfortable that you can move about in and remember to check the area you will be practicing in to make sure it is safe and obstacle free. You are responsible for your own risk assessment when taking part in online classes!

If you are attending these sessions and have any medical or mobility issues that may prevent you from taking part in some of the practice please let me know so I can offer modifications. You should also check with your physician before taking part in exercise classes if you have underlying medical conditions.
